My intention is to share an honest portrayal
of how I transformed the negative
beliefs in my Subconscious Mind to become
more positive thinking, loving and accepting.
I was depressed throughout most of my early life,
but Divine Intervention by way of a friend handing me a book,
"The Power of Your Subconscious Mind"
made me realize that I held many Self-destructive beliefs
that kept my life stuck in a pattern
of negative behavior and gloomy circumstances.
I realized my only salvation was to fundamentally,
change my mind or as the Bible puts it,
“to think anew”.

Our Spiritual Journey is a step by step process
of learning to become fully aware
of our thoughts in every moment, by incorporating
a daily practice of techniques that eventually assist
in transforming our negative thought patterns and
ultimately, changing our lives.
The Subconscious Mind operates in the mind
beneath or beyond our awareness.
What this means is that there is an automated process
at work, feeding our conscious minds with information that
we may not want for our lives but yet,
this very information determines how we react in
any given situation and the very reason why we keep
repeating the cycle of negative situations.
Our Spiritual Journey is a step by step process

living, breathing testament of our own

I say that I am...
Every technique, tip or information I offer on this website,
I have used in my own life, which is exactly why I am
sharing them with you.
I cannot say one has worked better than the other as I truly feel
it is the culmination of all my efforts that contributed to
my fundamental transformation.
Most importantly however, is that each of you on your own
spiritual journey, come to a place
where you are connected to your Inner Guide, your God-Self
and learn to discern your own truths.
My intention is to assist in planting seeds.
Ultimately, you are the Gardener
