
“Creative visualization is a powerful technique involving the use of your imagination to visualize specific behaviors or events to create detailed images of what you desire in your life, and then visualizing it over and over again with all of the senses i.e., what do you see, what do you feel, what do you hear, what does it smell like, in the effort of affecting your outer world by way of changing your thoughts.”
Creating Inner Well Being:
(Opening up the Chakra System and allowing energy to flow freely through your body)
Become very familiar with the Chakra Chart and the different Chakra points within the body.
Begin by doing a few minutes of Breath Meditation to ground and connect you to your center.
Focus on: Relaxing your entire body with each breath.
On the exhale, feel the tension being released from your head all the way down to the tip of your toes.
Spend a few minutes establishing this inner breath pattern
going up and down - in and out -
Follow this beautifully rhythmic flow:
Energy going up with inhalation - Descending with exhalation. (This is a powerful centering technique.)

Once you feel completely relaxed:
Bring your awareness to your spinal passage and the location of each chakra center along the spinal cord, from the base of the spine and up to the crown of your head.
Spend some time visualizing each chakra’s location and color.
When you feel ready to move on:
Inhale and Feel the energy coming up from the earth and entering your First chakra - (* visualize the colors)
Feel the energy continuing up through your Second ,
then the Third, Fourth, Fifth, Sixth and exiting through
your Seventh chakra at the crown of your head.
On the exhale, Feel Universal Energy (Light) - flowing in through your Crown chakra going down through the:
Third Eye,
Throat,
Heart,
Solar Plexus,
Sacral, exiting through the
Root Chakra - and into the earth.
I use the word "Feel" the energy, because it is important
to learn to tune in to your inner senses and become
familiar with your own internal energy sensations.
Your inner Guide will lead you through what ever feelings
are appropriate for you in each moment.
Take your time and feel your way through this exercise with each inhale and exhale. With practice, it all falls into place.
